We’re aware of these issues and are tracking them internally. Compiling things into a single thread to track could be helpful!
By this, are you referring to the rubber banding issues with movement/traversal skills? Or is there noticeable rubber banding separate from this?
Gotcha, I’ll pass this along as ideally a Player that’s later on in the campaign joining others shouldn’t affect Quest States. I imagine there’s something strangely unique about this quest or quests similar to it that’s causing this. Thanks for the update!

We’re investigating these issues but they are proving difficult to fully nail down. I’ll be passing on as much information from the forums as I can. In the future, when you notice these issues occurring, could you post the time it occurred, your specific timezone, and your Player.log file? Having as much information as possible for investigating issues like this would be a big help.
LE has always been 5 skills on your bar. You used to be able to assign your left mouse button to do the same thing as one of your 5 action bar slots. This did not add a 6th unique action bar slot. We are going to bring this back, it was a bug which caused the problem.
And this is for sure occurring on the 0.9.0f build?
I was trying to reinstall the game from their launcher told me it was discontinued, and needed to migrate to steam to download. As I was trying to migrate my account to steam and I saw "Account Services Temporarily Unavailable" on LE's main page. Your issue might be the same, or related.

Thanks for the report. Did you experience network lag when this occurred, or was the game still fully responsive? For example, were you able to attack and kill enemies without issue?
if the game has been delayed this much already might as well delay it a bit more so console and pc have the same release date..
Games dont usually do well if it comes out on pc first and then console later
The hype is all gone and people just wont care
But if you come out with it at the same time you guys would make bank cause of the hype
As a team, we have come to different conclusions and will not be doing this.
