Hm. Odd, have you already tried to verify your game files?

Can you explain what happened exactly? You were on the final quest in Age of Winter and you teleported early and it reset all your stability?

Ah that is the wrong tool tip, I think that is where the error is. The explosion does not scale off of intelligence.

Another useful bit of info would be to know if you have any antivirus or other “file scanning” software running in the background.

Were these both dropped around the same time or is one an older item (older patch)?

Any screenshots of these issues would help a lot in identifying the problem areas.

We looked into it and found that Divine Essence excludes healing over time. This is something we did not put on the tooltip and will correct this so it doesn’t further confuse players.

To my knowledge the reason you’re seeing a DPS decrease here is due to the cast speed being reduced. The individual hits of Volcanic Orb should actually be receiving the damage buff properly.

The reason you’re seeing this behavior is because Arcing Power gains more lightning arcs based on how many times Lightning Blast has been cast recently. So if there is a period of time in-between casts like in your testing case, you will have a harder time seeing more arcs.
