We fixed that bug a while ago, but if you're specifically looking for the Last Steps of the Living boots, we greatly increased their drop rate in 0.8.3. You should find one every two runs on average now.

Does ailments such as Ignite, Poison, Bleed etc. scale beyond 100% chance to apply?

Yes, at 150% you will always apply 1 stack and have a 50% chance to apply a 2nd stack. At 320% chance you will always apply 3 stacks and have a 20% chance to apply a 4th stack, etc.

does "Earthscorcher" from warpath tree apply to minions?

It does not. In general effects do not apply to minions unless they specifically say so.

Also I guess it's pointless to scale melee damage since it doesn't affect the ignite damage, rather you scale attack speed, elemental damage, fire damage, bleed damage, and damage over time.

It would not. The conversion just affects the chance.

Is this “increased bleed effect” basically just more damage over time?

Increased effect of an ailments multiplicatively modifies its damage and debuffs. In the case of bleed it’s just a multiplicative modifier to its damage. Multiple sources of increased effect are additive with each other, but they’re multiplicative with increased damage.

  • Would the “Increased Physical Damage and Bleed Duration” on body armor now make electrify last longer (but not get a damage boost from physical)?

It would still have no effect on electrify. Generally when you convert an ailment or damage type in Last Epoch, none of the old modifiers will apply to it.

I don’t believe we lowered base regen to normal Wraith. Have you experienced their regen to match one of the ones listed above?

Yes it is intentional. It’s to allow players to pick two ways of specing to get to the second node.

This was pulled from our patch notes from Sands of Majasa 0.8.3.

I cannot reproduce this. I tested having 0% critical chance and put 5 points into River of Bones which produced a 10% increase.

If you took any more multipliers on gear or in the passive tree this could be why it sounds as a 1% more gain.

I just confirmed it’s working. The character sheet just doesn’t have a description for flat health regen but it is being applied to your minions.

If you happen to take Last Wish in Sigils of Hope, it can be why it shots it procing twice. It gives you a Sigil on kill chance.

This seems like a tool tip error.

I could not reproduce Ravaging Aura not increasing damage. When I put points into Annuling Presence my aura’s numbers reflected the damage increase incorrectly on a dummy.

Can you show a video clip of it not increasing for you?
