Read moreThe Switch Pro controller should be supported in wireless mode. There’s a chance it may work with a wired connection through Steam though as it gets"converted" to an xInput device.
This said, there are controller issues some of you are experiencing that we are still trying to reproduce, so any unexpected behaviour may be related.
Ahh, that makes sense now. I hope to see you back down the road. Have a good one
Your accounts are linked.
I’m not seeing any sign in attempts from the game client in our logs, so it might be worth Flagging The Game As a Trusted Application in case security software is interfering.
The Last Epoch account you’re posting from isn’t linked to a Steam account.
If you’re trying to play on that account, try the account linking procedure again. It may be worth specifically trying a browser that has no extensions installed. If you are not posting from the same account you’re trying to play on, we would need to know which account you are attempting to use. You can ...

Moving thread to #customer-service.
I’ve just noticed that your account doesn’t have beta access. Which platform did you purchase the game on? Steam or our website.
Which version of the game are you playing on? I think it’s probably struggling because it’s not up to date. That error message is from an old version of the game.
Did you do all the steps in that support article? Did any not apply? Were any unclear?
Hi Tiagodias, sorry you’re having issues logging in. We’ll do our best to fix it for you.
Thanks for the post!
Moving from #feedback-and-suggestions to #bug-reports.
Hi Goose1128, sorry you’re having issues with getting logged in. LE-18 basically means that the game is struggling to talk to the login server at all.
Here is a support article with a few steps that you can get started on: https://support.lastepochgame.com/article/196-data-transfer-failure
We have had a few small issues with the login server recently but it has been up all day and is up right now.
A confirmation popup has been added for the next patch.
Yes, I’m sorry but we probably can’t recover the data.
This is has been a really tough few weeks. I don’t think we’ve had a save bug this bad before and I’m finding it quite hard to tell people that their stuff is gone.
The only ray of sunshine that I can offer would be that fixes for both the crashes and the save corruption are arriving soon.

Read moreThank's for the response. Reading my previous post, i can see it was worded a bit ambiguously. In any case, if the art style is pleasing, i will definently give it another attempt when the game is further along. I personally enjoy both D3 and PoE's artstyles and gameplays a whole lot, the only reason i stopped PoE is the terrible optimization and D3 has just gotten stale after years with no new real content.
I'm pretty sure i've seen a roadmap for your early access development a while back, but i cant find it at the moment. Do you have a roadmap, that indicates what beta-patch will focus a bit more on rolling out some of these armor-look related things? Or will that be something the art team gradually introduces over the entire beta process?
Edit: Regarding MTX's I do not mind those at all, as long as they are cosmetic as they are in PoE (Although some people would argue the Stash MTX are mandatory in PoE). Although i expect to get way more good looking armors/weap...
We do have a forecast, though that isn't on it due to both being something that will be ongoing for quite a while, and also something that's worked on in between other tasks - and thus a bit harder to tie down to a specific time.
Is it like a full set that changes depending on some stat like it did in D2 with defense value? Or will individual gear pieces be distinct from each other (like how it is in newer games like D3)
And if its the 2nd of the two, how many sets do you roughly think its fair to expect of the game when you finish early access? The looks on my character is one of the most important things to me in a arpg. I still login to D3 or PoE sometimes and just play around with transmogs. Is that something you will cater towards or am i better off looking elsewhere to satiate that transmog lust?
Each individual gear piece (say, Gloves, Boots) will have its own 3d model. We design them in sets because 1) it makes sense to have a similar number of each piece, and, 2) players often like for their character to have a consistent, coherent look.
I'm not sure whether your second question is focusing exclusively on default appearances or would include armor set MTX? If you'd only asked about Diablo III I would have assumed the former, and if you'd only cited Path of Exile as an example I'd likely have assumed the latter. It's hard to offer a specific number - particularly on the weekend when it's harder to poke other members of the team - but I'd note that we plan to be adding new item bases and additional MTX for years (hopefully decades!) after we release 1.0.
If you played before patch 0.7.7, then you will have save information in your registry that it will grab if it doesn’t find save info in that save folder.
If you want it to use steam cloud to save I think you have to turn it on in steam under the preferences for Epoch.
I personally do not think its worth buying. There's some issues with the game that i just cant get over, like the lack of custom looks on armor. You look the same at lvl 1 or lvl 35 or whatever. Terrible design choice. Can't get into the game like that.
To me the looks of my character - and especially how it starts shabby and evolves to being awesome - is probably one of the top 3 most important things for me in a ARPG.

Heyo!
So, to clarify; this is not a design choice. Last Epoch is in Early Access, and we haven't yet created all of the art we need for the game.
Each class has 3d models for multiple armour sets already, and we'll be creating and implementing more as we find the time to do so.
Please don’t datamine.
Thanks!
