Was the Akshan drop on 16th, or the future Zyra and Swain or ward drop later, guaranteed if you were watching? Or it's still a chance?
if you follow the rules i posted, and make sure you get other drops, you'll get it. There are cases where people don't because their browser is blocking ads, so make sure you're all set up on lolesports.com. We also do a drop around the beginning of the first game of each stage as a way to let fans test and make sure they're all set up, so log in then for sure!

Is there any recourse for players like me who have watched over 30 games in hope of getting the chroma but the stream froze out for me during the 2 minutes that the chroma was given out? What about players who watch a lot of the world's event but have a life and couldn't be present during that one minute drop time?
It feels shitty watching this year's worlds event and going 5 days without a drop. Then, days later you open the subreddit to see what's going on and there are post with people claiming to get the reward. So you refresh the stream no more than 6 minutes after that post was made and then nothing and I'm just shit out of luck.
In this case, if you're having stream issues and followed all the rules in the player support article, I would reach out to them to see if they can help you out. I personally find Chrome, Firefox, and Safari work the best, and you need all the ad blockers and all that disabled.
That's unfortunate since I knew people who watched a bunch of games but couldn't on sunday/early monday and missed out on the chroma because they didn't have a heads up. I hope the team will reconsider and do another drop for it, since it was caught people offguard

As part of our special engagement, we're dropping each of the three Chromas one time at Worlds this year. In order to get them, you must watch from lolesports.com, be logged in, and opted in to get rewards. Additionally, Ad blockers hate us sometimes, so make sure you're getting other drops as well, or check out our player support article on drops.
The rules of our promotion are relatively simple: simply be there watching live, with your player synced properly to the live broadcast, and you'll get the drop when it happens. Then, we will fulfill it directly to your account. You'll know it's working when you see a little check box on the bottom.

Hello! I attended last week's group stage games in person in hulu theater. I sent a ticket to riot support asking about the akshan chroma and they told me they were not able to give me the chroma, anything else I can do?
Hey Ulticat! I've reached out to them as well about this, I would try again.
I was watching on two accounts (my main and my alt, on two monitors) and got it my alt and not my main (possibly due to ad blocker, like you said). From your post(s), I gather that I should have gotten it on both. I have an ongoing support ticket where the Riot Player Support representative is under the impression that not everybody who is watching will get the chroma drops, which seems contradictory to this post.
They are correct in that you have to be logged in when the drop happens. We don't officially support having multiple windows open, but if you were watching at the time of the drop and were time synced properly, you would have gotten it. Sometimes it fails if you switch players suddenly as well.

please put the option to spawn the quimtech dragon in training mode, I've been trying to spawn it for a few days to test the map but I can't
Forcing the terrain is difficult via Practice Tool, but I have change that will at least spawn the dragon.
Tried reverting to 22.2.2, newest drivers, bios update, driver reinstall, moved league installation to another ssd, literally nothing changes and i get heavy stutters at approx 8mins (only game that lags for me), r5 2400g on igpu 32g 3200mhz m2ssd w10 newest (happened on older install too thats why i updated), literally unplayable.
Does running in Legacy DX9 Mode make a difference?

There has been two iterations which one are your referring to? Heartsteel or Still-beating Strength.
The pets continue to feel clunky even though I can tell you've tweaked the AI a bit since the initial release. Pets regularly do not hide in the brush with you or, if they do, lag behind and fumble about getting into the bush. This is a huge liability.
The red and green pet benefits could stand to have trackers that tell how much damage was dealt or shielded as a QoL. Blue could have a tracker for number of seconds sped up.
In all honesty I'm still not sold on the current implementation of pets and they feel like they're detracting from my game rather than adding to it. I know I'm not alone in this. Another poster mentioned the pets only spawning or becoming visible when you actively have aggro from a jungle camp and I think that's an idea that has merit. It would also solve the undesired interactions with champions like Evelyn and Shaco and reduce clutter in PvP fights (which is something you should strongly consider as the game is already very busy visually).

Let me look into this. We are actively working on better way to display the visibility states to the owner, just know that the visibility state of the companion to your enemy is tied to the champion visibility. So, if the enemy can not see you they will not see your companion.
