Hi @ssd_scgss if you are referring to the Ubisoft Connect reward 'The United Front Bundle' then you will only receive the skins for Lion and Ela in Rainbow Six Extraction, and for Rainbow Six Siege will receive skins for Smoke and Pulse.

As you have already gone through the PC troubleshooting in our support article we would need for you to send us a copy of your system files so that we can investigate further.

Hi @waycallt I can confirm that this issue was reported and investigated, however the development team were unable to reproduce the issue and we did not receive any further contacts from players.

If you are still experiencing this please let me know and I will create a support case for you so that you can send us a copy of your system files and we can forward them on to the development team to investigate further.

@tnt4thebrain_ thanks for the information provided.

So I can confirm that the issue with the fan kit is still being investigated. We had also received some reports from other players experiencing issues claiming the other two rewards that you mentioned, however this issue was marked as resolved.

If possible could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.

Hi @tnt4thebrain_ I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues claiming the Rainbow Six Extraction rewards in Ubisoft Connect.

The issue with claiming the fan-kit reward is still being investigated.

Could you please confirm the following:

  • Which rewards you are experiencing issues with?
  • What happens when you try to claim those rewards, do you receive an error?
  • Have you tried to claim the rewards via the Ubisoft Connect launcher, Ubisoft Connect app, Ubisoft Connect website or have you tried all three?

Hi @slookey apologies for the late response.

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the AMD driver version using bootcamp on a Mac.

As Ubi-Froggard previously explained Mac's are not officially supported for the game, therefore we are unable to confirm if this will change in the future.

Hi @maup1n-0 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing long matchmaking times in Rainbow Six Extraction.

We have received reports of players who encounter long matchmaking times when cross-play is disabled.
