Cross-progression can't be disabled unfortunately as it's tied to your Ubisoft account. I apologise for any disappointment caused.

I'm sorry to hear your game is still crashing whenever someone uses Sens. I see you had a live chat before and it looks like it was resolved previously. But as you have a support case created from the live chat, if you log back in to the support website you should be able to see your old cases and you can update it again. Even though it is closed, it will reopen the case when you comment on it again and we can continue assisting through there.

There's no known issues to have a black square on the screen during play or in the main menu. Could you provide a screenshot or video showing how big this is and how it looks please?

Bans are applied according to our game data and other player reports. A player will not receive a 7-day suspension unless multiple reports and game data have been flagged/reported on that player's account. I am afraid we are unable to go into any more detail about how our ban process works or share details on any individual ban a player may have on our forums.

It's likely that your loadouts have been reset following a disconnection due to a known issue. The team are investigating this currently, apologies for any inconvenience caused. Ubisoft's services have also undergone some maintenance over the last week and may have factored into this disconnection occurring.
