Can't open the launcher because it just keeps auto-cycling into Update.
Do you mean Steam keeps cycling into update? Tuesday is Steam Maintenance day, its likely whatever regional server you're connected to is rebooting/upgrading/under some sort of maintenance. If you wait a few minutes, reboot Steam, it will likely complete the update cycle then.

If you're referring to the launcher cycling into auto-update: Go to start, Add/Remove Programs, and uninstall Paradox Launcher V2. Then attempt to restart the game, the launcher will download and r... Read more

Unable to click the UI/buttons offset This appears to be an issue related to the game resolution setting and Direct X 11. People have been reporting that pressing alt+tab or alt+enter on the game will resolve the issue temporarily.

For a more permanent fix: In the launcher, go to Game Settings, and ensure that your resolution is set correctly, and choose borderless fullscreen or windowed mode.

Crashing during loading Updating your video card drivers has been shown to resolve this issue.

If none of these things resolve your issue Go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket with Customer Support to get more in-depth help.

And you can design your Ruler without using Under One Rule as an origin :)

You're on 3.7.2? Then you haven't been getting updates for awhile, the latest version of 3.7 was 3.7.4.

Right click Stellaris, Properties, Betas tab and make sure it says "None" in the dropdown.

The devs think this is an issue related to the resolution. In the launcher, go to Game Settings, and ensure that your resolution is set correctly. Also choose Borderless fullscreen or windowed mode.

Since we've also recently transitioned to DX11, you can try updating your drivers.

The devs are aware of the desync issues in the coop beta, and are hard at work resolving the issues. :) Thanks for trying out the beta, just the same!

Out of Sync errors are something the devs are specifically tracking as part of the coop beta. If you wouldn't mind, you can add your report to this thread on the Paradox forums.

Does it take this long without mods? My setup takes ~40 seconds to load and I don't have a great computer.

I suggest nuking your old save files and oos folder, since these grow rather large sometimes. You can also manually delete your /steamapps/stellaris folder and then re-download, since something doesn't seem right here.

If none of this stuff fixes it, go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket, customer support should be able to help you with this.
