Go into global settings from the map, and you can reset all the Control Points

I'm really sorry that you are encountering these errors so much - I know there's nothing more annoying than being disconnected, especially during a raid.

That said, we do have a great FAQ which should prevent this from happening in the future. Please give it a go, and let us know if the issue persists.

Is this as part of the Phoenix Down event?

We are aware of an issue where players are told they've received keys when they haven't however this should be UI only.

You should still be getting the keys at each of the 4 levels.

If this doesn't sound like your issue, if you could provide screenshots so we can investigate further it would be appreciated!

Do you have any in-game evidence showing that the item was available in your inventory before this? Ideally something with your username visible.

If you could also let us know, if you recall, what you were doing in the lead up to the item disappearing?

Had you just completed a message or notice anything behaving strangely?
