it has only happened once. on a build using Vile and Ongoing directive. I never got it on stream to look back on as i was just testing the build when it happened.

Now, regarding the issues with PS4 trophies - we've seen reports of issues with some of these unlocking if the Level 30 boost is used. For the first issues described with audio, do you happen to have a video recording demonstrating these? It would be helpful if you could enable subtitles during the recording, so that we can compare the delay between the subtitles appearing and the audio cues.

You then mention issues with enemies randomly appearing in New York - can you tell me exactly where in New York you were when this occurred? Have you had issues with invisible objects as well as enemies, or just enemies?

Finally, regarding the skill deployment delays - which specific skills have you seen affected, and do you have a recording of this as well? Thank you
