Balance is always a touchy topic, since it fundamentally impacts everyone but can be (in a lot of cases) largely subjective. To that end it can help to have those subjective views from both people who do and do not primarily use whatever the thing is. Please be mindful of this as discussion about balance evolve so we can ultimately cultivate better feedback and less toxic discourse.

On a more personal note, I had an interesting conversation with a player about the Crossbow. The main conceit was that because the Crossbow is the only Spec. weapon that can proc an infusion on the BTSU gloves that it is in a unique spot against the other Spec weapons (giving it a huge bonus from possible synergy). Which, needless to say, I found incredibly fascinating.

Keep in mind the Minigun also brings a bit of extra tankiness with its use - a little bonus that no other Spec has.

Additionally, if anyone could provide a video of this happening, it would be extremely beneficial.

How would you all say skill builds currently perform against Elite enemies? What are the situations that your skill builds don't feel up to snuff?

Sounds like it may be a file download issue. Try uninstalling the game, updating Uplay, then reinstalling The Division 2. If you're still running into these crashes, please contact Ubisoft Support for additional assistance.

To add to BrokenGamer's answer... the Last Man Battalion is... well, was a Private Military Company that was hired out in NYC during the early stages of the Green Poison outbreak. They were one of the more dangerous factions that your Agent encountered in The Division.

As for the OP, there are definitely some chilling moments. Then you remember that all this is taking place in the hot, humid, muggy Washington DC summer and you thank your lucky stars you can't smell the game too.
