Hello everyone,

Apologies for not seeing this support thread earlier, I understand it is now a long time ago since it was created.

Although we have a list of supported controllers, it's possible other controllers & input devices will also be recognised in-game. If any non-officially supported devices are connected and they are affecting your gameplay, I'm sorry to say this will will not be updated.

It is recommended to disable any unused peripherals if they conflict with your games. I appreciate this is not ideal if you have many peripherals connected; it is the best solution we are able to offer.

Hello!

There's no way to upload the logs directly to this forum thread I'm afraid. Would it be possible to upload them to a file sharing service, then post the links here?

Images won't also show using the "Add Image" unless they are stored on an online server.

Hello Yodoran,

I can't reproduce this crash on my side. I tried in solo mode, map 18 after activating a VIP key. Did you have any LogCrash in Documents\Trackmania\LogCrash?

Hello giant_zorg, thank you for sharing your experience of using a VPN on your system when trying to access the game. Hopefully this will also help players who experience the 'Uplay not Connected' message when trying to connect online. Thanks again.

We have tried to recreate this issue on our side, but the game seemingly loads as normal when accessing the Winter Campaign tracks and other game modes. Whilst I understand that this issue is affecting other players also, I would like you to try some internet connectivity troubleshooting, such as forwarding your ports on your router to our Trackmania server to see if this is able to help your game load any quicker and connect.

1. Internet connectivity (do they have a firewall, VPN?)
2. Internet speed
3. Internet provider
4. Do you have a PB when joining the servers? What about Winter Campaign?

Thanks for getting in touch with us and sending all this video footage over.

I can see that you clearly have been experiencing the issue on multiple occasions, therefore before we forward this over to our development team, can I just ask you to clarify the following:

1. Does this issue occur every single time you go onto online race?
2. If issue only occurs occasionally, have you possibly picked up anything in particular that may be causing this or may give us direction when in attempt to reproduce the issue on our side? The thread you were referring to in your initial post seem to have fairly little information on this therefore I was hoping that you will be able to advise on this.

Let us know and once we have a little more information, we will be able to take it from there.

Hey Thormeister_, thanks for getting in touch and apologies about the delayed response.

As far as Ubisoft+ catalogue goes, Trackmania is obviously included and you should receive Club Access rather than Starter Access.

I've had a look at your account however was unable to identify any subscription active, therefore can I just double-check whether it's in relation to this or some other account?

Thanks for your response there nyzor28 and keep us updated!

The fact that this only happens 2/3 times means that there are some particular steps or causes that may got to do with the issue occurring, so if you do notice anything in particular that may be helpful when reproducing the issue, let us know and we will ensure this gets forwarded accordingly.
