@boushboush You would be able to connect your Xbox account to the same EA account that you use on PC.

However, Apex does not support cross-progression so items you earned on PC would not carry over. Illium.png

We are unable to assist with account issues or actions on Answers HQ. We have a dedicated TOS team that handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts.

There is not an option to just delete your Forum account/ Forum access from your EA Account. This is because your Answer HQ account is also your EA Account. Removing your Answer HQ account also removes your EA Account & Origin.

Removed screenshots to remove personal information, this is a public forum. 

 

For the issue of linking an account, it seems you unlinked a Steam account from your Origin account and want to link it to a new Origin account. I would recommend looking at our help articles over linking and unblinking other platform accounts from EA to see restrictions and what you lose.

Hi @liluglymayyne If you looking for friends in the Origin client, they will not display your PS4 list. However, to play together once in-game you can select the + to add a part member on the lobby page, make sure cross-play is enabled and you can search for your friend with their persona to send an invite.

Its not good to hear we're running into this issue, to confirm you tried running on Steam and Origin, and EA Desktop? If so can we try launching your device in a Clean Boot then testing after it first starts to see if this continues?
