@125744535436 Progress on PC (for Origin, EA Desktop, Steam) is saved to the EA account you play on. If you launched it through Steam it will have you sign into an EA account. You would need to sign in on the one your previously played on to see in former progress. Illium.png

We are unable to assist with account issues or actions on Answers HQ. We have a dedicated TOS team that handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts.  

You will need to reach out to them to have this looked into, it may take some time to see a response so be sure to keep an eye on your email.

Hey @mwilson859, I would be happy to pass along feedback about moving an EA Play Subscription. One issue we might run into is that the Subscription and which games are available can differ from platform to platform which makes a cross-progression transition harder.

@boushboush You would be able to connect your Xbox account to the same EA account that you use on PC.

However, Apex does not support cross-progression so items you earned on PC would not carry over. Illium.png

There is not an option to just delete your Forum account/ Forum access from your EA Account. This is because your Answer HQ account is also your EA Account. Removing your Answer HQ account also removes your EA Account & Origin.

Removed screenshots to remove personal information, this is a public forum. 

 

For the issue of linking an account, it seems you unlinked a Steam account from your Origin account and want to link it to a new Origin account. I would recommend looking at our help articles over linking and unblinking other platform accounts from EA to see restrictions and what you lose.

Hi @liluglymayyne If you looking for friends in the Origin client, they will not display your PS4 list. However, to play together once in-game you can select the + to add a part member on the lobby page, make sure cross-play is enabled and you can search for your friend with their persona to send an invite.
