@ViciousClimax Apex Legends does not support cross-progression. If you go from one platform like Xbox to PSN your account progress will not carry over. Illium.png

Hi @Samie6452 To answer the first part of your question, it's mainly a technical issue if one or more of the cross feature is allowed. If a game is developed without them, Devs have to work toward adding in those features, current cross features we've seen in gaming being: Cross-play, Cross-progression, Cross-commerce, Cross-Save.

 

Our Developers for Apex have mentioned they are looking at this feature however no official information has been shared so I cannot say if or when it may be available. I would recommend keeping an eye on Apex's social media channels and ...

Hi @rafadobla922 Thanks for sharing this, Can you try putting your device in a Clean Boot to see if you still get crashing and resets? Also to check if you device has performance options, can you make sure its set to performance over power saving and using your dedicated GPU instead of any integrated graphics (if you have any)?

Hi @redarrow751 If you made a purchase and don't immediately see it, they can sometimes take up to 24hrs after the purchase to show on the account. After if you still don't see the coins in-game after restarting you can reach out to our support with your purchase information for them to look into this...

@Samie6452 To confirm, The ability to carry progress and items from one platform to the next is generally referred to as cross-progression. Currently, Apex Legends does not support this.

What this means is you can link a platform account like PSN to EA then transfer it over to a PC but items will not carry over. However, Apex does have cross-play where players can join up and fight each other from different platforms. Illium.png

@AODTmikeyy We are unable to assist with account issues on Answers HQ, As I stated above its possible when you tried to link to another account it removed any chance of recovery account data when you then went to link back to the Original account.
