HI @AODTmikeyy For clarification, Platform accounts can only be linked to one EA account at a time, and EA accounts should only have one of each platform tied to them. If you unlink a platform account from EA this does have drawbacks like removing progress, saves, etc. The only way you might be able to get progress back is to relink it to the Original account, if you tried to link it to another one first this may have interfered with that recovery chance. 

 

I would recommend checking out our Help Articles over how linking and unlinking accounts work, and reaching out to our support teams to see if they could look into this further...

@cagethelonewolf I would recommend reaching out to our support to look into the missing rewards before you unlink accounts as it does loss progress and items on the account, with only a chance to get items back if you link it back to the exact same account. Illium.png

Hi @Lw132435465 Thanks for the information, To confirm EA Play subscription is not cross-platform, so you will only have access to it through the platform you subscribe to it on. 

 

What this means is if you have it through gamepass, you will have access to it on an Xbox console or on the Xbox (with EA Desktop) on PC.

Hi @XenOs422 Thanks for the clarification, as long as your account is linked to EA and you claim drops after it should go to the account if not you will want to speak with an advisor for them to look into your account further.

Hi @SuutheGreat To confirm is the game crashing or your PC? Do you ever get an error message when you run into issues? 

 

I would also recommend starting with putting your device in a Clean Boot to see if this continues.
