I would recommend first trying to close out of the game, then relaunching and checking if your content appears. If not you would recommend speaking with an advisor for further assistance.

In reference to asking if having all your account data wiped as part of a Sanction or Ban for breaking our rules, I am not aware of this happening but to set the correct expectation I am not a part of our TOS team and do not have insight into what may happen to an account-based of what inappropriate actions may have been taken on it.

@AZAE1K To confirm are you trying to see if there is a way to transfer items from a Banned Xbox account to a non-banned account?

If so then the answer would be no, items under normal circumstances do not have an option to send to another account, If your current one has an action taken on it from Xbox I would recommend reaching out to their support.
