Hi @Titan8750v2 Can both friends check your Privacy settings on their console accounts and on their EA Accounts?

 

For your EA account check the following:

  • Make sure the player your trying to find isn't blocked
  • You haven't disabled your Gamertag from searching
  • Make sure your account is searchable

Hi @blombsa Can you try reinstalling in this order to see if we are able to get fully installed? Also when it stops installing are you getting a message, or does the download just go down to 0 and stop?

Hi @HieiFade Thanks for the update, If you have unlinked your platform account and linked it to a new EA account there are items you lose:

 

  • games and game progress
  • DLC, expansions, and anything extra you have for your game
  • memberships and subscriptions
  • in-game purchases.

Hey, @HieiFade To check which platform are you playing on? Also, can you confirm if any of the following has happened with your EA Account?

 

  • Unlinked your platform account and linked to another EA account
  • Switch to another platform (PC to Switch, Xbox to PlayStaiton)

Hi @Anonymous 

 

Based on the game you are playing support options and how to contact support can change. SWTOR support operates differently than EA Help, and only helps with certain SWTOR-related issues. 

 

If you are wanting to speak with an advisor for assistance with Apex Legends or your EA account there is not a direct number to provide you would need to set up a case on help.ea.com and it will show you the available support options to select from.

@VanixBTW No worries! glad we can get you back in the game, one thing to check is if you have another anti-cheat like Vanguard running or running at launch. Multiple anti-cheats run can cause system issues. Illium.png

Hey @Chimtotzz While its unfortunate to hear we may not have the needed specifications to play Apex, I would only recommend turning down and disabling in-game settings to try and get the gaming performing better.
