Thanks for letting us know about this, can you try the following and let us know if this continues?

 

Clear Cache: 

  1. Open System Settings on the HOME Menu 
    2. Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache. 
    3. Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.

We are unable to remove or get around any account limitations that have been put in place. If you have further questions our advisor support may be able to explain further, but again we would be unable to remove restrictions and processes that are in place across EA accounts and games.

@Advocate38 As far as the new setup no, there would not be a way to get content or resolve connection issues.

You could possibly try reconnecting the Original accounts together, but it may still have issues since it's already been connected to another account. Illium.png

To confirm we are unable to assist with Bans on Answers HQ, You will need to reach out to our TOS team with the links above for further assistance. 

 

For the BAN history page, as it indicates at the top not all BANS will show on the page. This is why we would want to reach out to the team for further assistance.

We would be unable to assist with Account issues or BANS on answers HQ, we have a dedicated Terms of Service team that you will need to reach out to that handles all Bans and investigations.  

  

If you check your account portal not all Bans may show up there, it also may have a bit of a delay. You find out more about BANS and suspensions and reach out to our TOS team with the links below.  

  

Please keep in mind it may take some time to hear back from our TOS team, so be sure to keep an eye on your email for any communication.

  • Update the controller's firmware
  • try another controller
  • Persistent Storage 

    1. Go to settings Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
    2. Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
