Hi @SuutheGreat To confirm is the game crashing or your PC? Do you ever get an error message when you run into issues? 

 

I would also recommend starting with putting your device in a Clean Boot to see if this continues.

@Lw132435465 To confirm where did you purchase EA Play from? The subscription is not cross-platform as each platform's user agreement/TOS is different as well as the games available on those platforms. Illium.png

@u_guys_Suuck In Origin it might appear as it redownloading the game as it appears in the download area of Origin, but for most of the game minus checking the files it should be moving the game from one location to the new one. Illium.png

@125744535436 Progress on PC (for Origin, EA Desktop, Steam) is saved to the EA account you play on. If you launched it through Steam it will have you sign into an EA account. You would need to sign in on the one your previously played on to see in former progress. Illium.png

We are unable to assist with account issues or actions on Answers HQ. We have a dedicated TOS team that handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts.

Hey @mwilson859, I would be happy to pass along feedback about moving an EA Play Subscription. One issue we might run into is that the Subscription and which games are available can differ from platform to platform which makes a cross-progression transition harder.
