When you launch Apex, do you get sent into the game or are you getting an error message?

 

The process should look like this once you first launch a game on steam that requires you to link your Origin account.

Does this happen every time you tried to load into arenas on the party crasher map? Do you have the game installed on the internal or an external drive?

I would not recommend using official EA material without first getting approval. We have a dedicated team to reach out to for submitting requests to use EA material. 

 

 

I would recommend reading through the entire article then reaching out with as much information as you can provide. please note we are not able to assist with this on Answers HQ or our Live support teams, so be sure to keep an eye on your email for any response.

We are not able to assist with account issues or BANS on Answers HQ. As a personal note, you may want to check what's running on your device when this happens to see if something running that shouldn't be. 

 

For assisting with disputing the BAN you will need to reach out to our TOS team, using the links above. Please note even with a TOS investigation into your BAN, does not mean they will provide information on why the banned happened, or what needs to be done to not be banned.

Investigations of bans are handled by a dedicated Terms of Service team, Once you reach out to dispute an action taken on your account it is possible it can take some time to hear back as this team does work on all disputes for Bans players have.
