We are not able to assist with account issues or BANS on Answers HQ. As a personal note, you may want to check what's running on your device when this happens to see if something running that shouldn't be. 

 

For assisting with disputing the BAN you will need to reach out to our TOS team, using the links above. Please note even with a TOS investigation into your BAN, does not mean they will provide information on why the banned happened, or what needs to be done to not be banned.

Investigations of bans are handled by a dedicated Terms of Service team, Once you reach out to dispute an action taken on your account it is possible it can take some time to hear back as this team does work on all disputes for Bans players have.

We are unable to assist with Bans on an EA Account, We have a dedicated Terms of Serivce team that handle all investigations. 

 

Once you reach out to dispute an action taken on your account, our TOS team will perform an invesitgation into the BAN. If our team declines removing the BAN we would be unable assist further.

Thank you for the update, Sorry for the initial misunderstanding. Given the situation of how you got a code I would recommend reaching out to the Game Changer you won the code from and let them know it did not work. 

 

From there they should be able to contact their EA GC Rep. who can take a look into this further and if need be look into a new code. Our support team can only assist with purchases made from one of our ...

@thebackfiller This would be due to the fact Apex Legends does not support Cross-Progression. This means if you go to a different platform the items you have unlocked do not go with you.

For clarity, Apex does have Cross-Play, where you are able to play with friends on different platforms. If you are wanting to keep your items playing on PC with cross-play may be something to consider. Illium.png
