@phaazyq I would not be possible to refund an in-game decision. If you pulled the heirloom out of a pack or purchased it with shards you would keep the item you got/selected. Illium.png

If you go to Origin > Game Library > Right click Apex > Select "Game Properties" > Advanced Launch Options > check what game language is set to Illium.png

@MassiveVernon Just to make sure the image you attached isn't rotated versus how you're seeing it in the game? I believe it's audio-related, do you have anything muted or set all the way down in in-game settings?

Hey @BloodRiots Can you check for any Data corruption then see if matches/challenges are able to count?

 

1. Open the System Settings from the Home menu

2. Go to Manage Software and select Apex Legends

3. Choose Check for Corrupt Data

4. Choose Redownload if it finds any corrupt data
