We are unable to assist with Bans on an EA Account, We have a dedicated Terms of Serivce team that handle all investigations. 

 

Once you reach out to dispute an action taken on your account, our TOS team will perform an invesitgation into the BAN. If our team declines removing the BAN we would be unable assist further.

Thank you for the update, Sorry for the initial misunderstanding. Given the situation of how you got a code I would recommend reaching out to the Game Changer you won the code from and let them know it did not work.

@thebackfiller This would be due to the fact Apex Legends does not support Cross-Progression. This means if you go to a different platform the items you have unlocked do not go with you.

For clarity, Apex does have Cross-Play, where you are able to play with friends on different platforms. If you are wanting to keep your items playing on PC with cross-play may be something to consider.

Please keep in mind it can take up to 30 days to hear back from them, I would recommend keeping an eye on your email every day for any communication that is sent back from them. @TTJek Thank you for getting this, it looks like your last hopes still run into high ping times, and one point had packet loss. To confirm you've already port forwarded, changed DNS, allowed Origin/Apex through any security, tried a static IP?

 

If so to check do you mainly run off a Hard-wire connection or what type of network do you connect to?

@TTJek Apologies for the delayed response, it does look like the last few hopes jump up in ping when trying to reach out to our servers, are you able to run a uotrace where the packet gets to 100/100 versus 7/7?
