Hey @Wil5oh,
That is definitely weird. It hasn't happened again since then?
Hi @yallgetoof,
Could you share a DxDiag when you have the chance so we can take a look?
For more info on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread. Thanks!
Hi @BERG111,
Were you able to try connecting to any other datacenters? Are you still running into prediction errors?
Hi @Wil5oh,
Do you know if your friend has cross-play enabled in his Xbox privacy settings?
Hi all,
Since this is an older thread that has been inactive for a while, I am going to lock it to prevent necro-posting.
If you need some help with a similar issue please feel free to create a new thread, and we can take a look. Thanks!
Thank you for following up!
Have you checked to see if there might be an update available for your BIOS? I have seen some cases where that can help with similar crashes.
Hey @steviervaughan,
I'm sorry to hear this is still giving you trouble.
Have you been keeping an eye on your temperatures and hardware usage while Apex Legends is running? Have you noticed anything out of the ordinary there?
Is it only happening when AnyDesk is running? If so, it sounds like it could be conflicting with Easy AntiCheat. There are some applications that can set off EAC if you have them running while you're trying to launch Apex Legends.
Hi @Shadow968782,

Hey @davethehoff,
I think it might be best to get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account and make sure it's secure.
For more details on how you can set up a case with the team check out the EA Help website. If you prefer, you can also speak with them over ...
Read moreHi @shankprime,
I'm afraid that missing content isn't something we can help with here on Answers HQ. The EA Help team should have a process in place to assist with missing coins.
When you have the chance please follow up with them so they can take another look and see if they can recover those coins. You can find more info on how to set up a case with the team at the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over ...
Read moreHey @Tygakills,
I'm afraid that an EA Account can only be linked to one Prime Gaming account for the lifetime of the account. If you unlink your EA Account from Prime Gaming, I'm afraid it wouldn't be possible to link it to a different account.
If you're having trouble accessing the Amazon Prime account that it's linked with I think it would be best to get in touch with Amazon Support to see if they can help you recover the account. You can find more info on how to reach them at the Amazon Support website.
Hey @Twitch_admktv,
Thanks! I appreciate that.
It sounds like something is corrupting the file or blocking the game from accessing it. Have you double-checked to make sure there's an exception for Apex Legends in your security software? I've seen some cases where that can lead to similar issues.
