I have seen some issues with N versions of Windows because of a missing media pack. Have you tried downloading the Media Pack from the Microsoft Support website to see if that might help?

Just to confirm, have you recently tried shutting down and restarting the game? Is it still giving you the same error message after that?

When you have the chance can you try downloading the Visual C++ Redistributable packages from the Microsoft Support website to see if that helps? If there's a problem with a missing or corrupted file that may help fix it.

I'm afraid that's not something we would really have any insight on. I'd recommend getting in touch with the Terms of Service team so they can review your account. They'll need to determine if the ban can be overturned.

It seems like it might be an issue with an NVIDIA driver. Have you tried a clean reinstall of your NVIDIA driver to see if that helps?

Can we also try setting a different DNS on your system to see if that helps? You can change the DNS on your Xbox using the steps below:
