We won't have that ability from Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team exclusively offer support for bans and suspensions on EA gaming accounts. You'd need to reach out to them to appeal the ban. I popped a link above in my earlier post that will walk you through how you can send one in, all things considered.

Saying that, contacting the ToS team is only advisable if you believe the ban you received was added by mistake/no rules were broken. I can't help you figure out how to circumvent a permaban. Bans are added by Terms of Service for a reason and we won't offer support or advice on how to get around those bans.
