Hi @vittorioventura,

 

Correct, you can review a log of the money you've spent to purchase in-game currency (coins) from the consoles purchase history. There isn't yet an in-game transaction history available where you can review how you then spent those coins in Apex.

 

If you've a security concern or noticed coins missing from your balance, I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.

Hi @vittorioventura,

You can check your purchase history but in the game itself. The purchase history location depends on what you use to play Apex. Do you play on Pc through Origin or Steam? Are you on Xbox or PlayStation?

What makes you feel like you might be banned? Usually there's an in-game message or an email from Terms of Service (ToS) that would mention a ban, have you seen anything like that?

Thanks for taking the time to share this experience with others.

 

You're 100% correct. Contacting the Terms of Service (ToS) team is only advisable if you believe the ban was added by mistake/no rules were broken. There is no purpose reaching out to the ToS team aside from that as they will not overturn bans if the rules were broken and creating appeals for legitimate bans adds more to the queue and causes the wait times to spike.

 

Often toxic/hurtful comments are shared in the heat of the moment but they cross a line and as a result suspensions and even bans soon follow. The rules are there for a reason. It's as the ...

Hi @lukeal12,

Earning a ban doesn't result in your EA account being deleted. You account will remain, it'll just have a ban on it instead.

There's no way around the security check. The support team can't help you make any changes until you pass that stage which means the Xbox gamertag linked up will linked up to that account.

So if the email can't be recovered, or you can't recall the information needed to pass the security check, you're looking at opening up a new gamertag and linking it to a new EA account to play Apex from the Xbox.

I'm sorry but we won't know why you were banned from the forums. Can you take a look through your emails? There should be an email from Terms of Service that shares the general rule broken for example: ban applied for cheating/hacking/hate speech/etc.
