Terms of Service team review any appeals sent in, they look at the account and see if the rules were broken or if the ban can be lifted. If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned.

If you have new or additional information that was not originally included in your appeals, and you feel would help with the ban review, you're welcome to create a new appeal. Ultimately, there are only so many times the same ...

If there is no email  in your inbox/spam/junk folders from the address: [email protected], please get in touch with the support team. Head to help.ea.com and select 'Contact us' to start filling out a help ticket for them and choose from the available contact options that pop up. The support team will examine things to better to understand what might be happening to that case for you from there.

We wouldn't have that insight into your account ban. If you feel like there's been some mistake with the application of that ban and that you've never broken the rules, I'd suggest popping in an appeal to the Terms of Service team. They handle any bans or suspensions and can take a look into this for you.

I'm sorry, this isn't something that would be overturned. If a ban or suspension was correctly added for rule-breaking, it's there to stay.
