That sounds like someone may have gotten into your account and changed the email, in that case.

 

You'll need to contact support directly so they can help out with this, as we cannot make any changes on the forums.

It looks like you're logging into a new account that hasn't accessed Apex in the past. If you had played for over two years, that was on a different account.

 

Try checking any other accounts or emails you may have used in the past.

 

If you can't recall or can no longer access an older account, you'll need to contact support directly so they can take a look.

We can typically see when an account was reset, but I did want to try and confirm some information with you.

 

When did you last play Apex? Do you remember what season you started playing?

In this case, your situation is due to unlinking an account.

 

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

It looks like you have at least two different EA Accounts.

 

The one you're posting with has the username XPSGS47.  

 

The one in your screenshot has the username BlinkingMonster.

 

You'll need to try logging into Apex with the account you're currently posting from here on the forums.

Please try signing out of Steam manually, then closing it via Task Manager. If you re-launch Steam after that point and are still missing your coins, you will need to get in touch with our support team.
