Hey @skysancc,

 

Currency is actually handled differently on Switch than other platforms due to certain requirements.

 

Both purchased and earned Apex Coins or Exotic Shards on Switch will only be available on Switch and cannot be used on other platforms. Similarly, if you earn/purchase those on other platforms, you wouldn't be able to use them on Switch unfortunately.

 

Exotic Shards were not yet released at the time Cross Progression was implemented so they're not included on the chart below, but that would fall into the same category as the Apex Coins.

Gotcha, if you remember an attached gamertag, our support team should be able to locate the account if you contact them with the link in my previous post.

Hey @KingSauce97,

 

Is there another email or account you may have used in the past?

 

Progress is stored on the EA Account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc.

 

It looks like the account you're posting from was just created towards the end of last year, so if you've been playing since the start that progress would be on a different EA Account.

@WTF_Huitzo To clarify, we do not automate appeals or the messages.

 

Our Terms of Service team does use templates to make sure their messaging is consistent for similar situations, but appeals are reviewed and handled by actual people and are not automated.

Badges for this season would be awarded the first time you log into the game next season.

 

Since they're awarded based on your highest rank, we don't give them out during the season as your rank may still change before the end. Standard smile

Just to clarify, is this a ranked badge for a previous season, or are you saying the current season badge has not updated as you've gone up in rank?

 

Keep in mind badges are awarded at the end of a season based on your highest rank achieved during the season. They do not update live during the season.

While I understand you'd want to check every possible avenue, the only ones able to review or change an account ban would be our Terms of Service team. I'm afraid there is not another avenue to have a ban looked into further.

 

When it comes to actions applied for cheating for example, we'd be able to share the category of what took place and some general examples of what may qualify, but we wouldn't be able to provide any specific program names that resulted in the action being taken.

The error mentions that your Steam account is already linked to another EA account. That would be why you're unable to link it here.

 

I see you had started a live chat earlier, so you can try to resume the case from your case history page here.

Can you take a screenshot of the error message you're seeing?

It doesn't matter which email you're using for the Steam account, all that would matter is whether your EA account has been linked to a different Steam account previously.

If you're not receiving verification emails, it may help to contact support directly so they can check into this further.

EA Play has a game list that may change from one platform to another, so the subscription is unique to the platform it was purchased on initially.

 

If you've picked up EA Play on Steam, you'll have access on Steam but not to the EA Play list on PlayStation, Xbox, EA app, etc.

 

You can check out the EA Play game list here to see what's available on each platform.
