Afraid there's no one else to speak to about this. If our Terms of Service team has declined to remove an account action after multiple appeals, that decision is final.

Any information they had provided via email would be all they're able to discuss about the matter.

For this you'll want to reach out to an advisor. They should be able to look up the two accounts and work with you to get the email(s) updated as necessary.

Hey @hockeyking6300,

 

The arena win streak badge can change depending on whether or not you completed the arena teaser in a previous season. 

 

If that teaser wasn't completed you would have the regular (left-side) version of the badge, while those that finished the teaser previously would have the more elaborate (right-side) version.

 

Currently that would be the only way to have this particular frame I'm afraid.

Progress is typically lost when un-linking and connecting to a new account, but if you're re-linking this to the original EA Account that progress should still be waiting for you.

If your friend has been banned from the game, they'll need to create an appeal using the steps in my previous post so our Terms of Service team can investigate.

Currently your progress is separate for each platform in Apex Legends, so there is not a way to transfer or copy that progress if you switch platforms.

 

Cross-progression is being worked on, but is still a ways out and we likely won't see that until next year at some point.
