If multiple cases are opened about the same subject, the team will typically make sure one is sent to our TOS team for review with all the relevant information, then close others as duplicates.

Do note that the case has been sent to the TOS team, but that simply means it is waiting in their queue, not that they have been investigating it for the entire time. They will need to work through all the other cases that were submitted before yours, which is delayed currently due to high volume.

Hey @Pernil_82,

You would need to get a copy of the game for whichever platform you're playing on specifically, so I'm afraid just having it on PlayStation 4 for example would not automatically provide a copy for PC or Xbox.

@Varidex Ultimately we're only able to use our own records to determine whether someone else has accessed an account, so we really wouldn't be able to use screenshots or video as proof.

That should typically be fairly apparent to an advisor looking through our records, but it's certainly possible something was missed.

@KrMees You should be able to view a list of trusted devices here. Though that's not going to display each individual login, that would be what's available on your own profile.

 

As far as reaching back out to support, you're welcome to reach out to an advisor using the same method as before . There wouldn't be an alternative method as they would simply be checking to make sure that case was previously escalated up to our TOS team for review....

Our Terms of Service (TOS) team that reviews all account actions such as this one is a bit behind currently so it is taking longer than they'd normally like to respond, however I do see see your case is still in their queue and should receive a reply via email as soon as they finish the investigation.

I definitely get that you can build up a pretty nice collection if you've been playing very long at all and would want to bring that with you when moving to another platform.

I'm afraid that there is currently no cross-progression for Apex however, so your collection will only be available on the platform where you initially earned it. Mako.png

Sorry to hear that you're still waiting to hear back about this account. I realize that's quite a while longer than usual, and no one likes to see that you've been unable to play on your account for this long.

With that in mind however, I do see you had resumed your case after it was sent up to our TOS team. Re-opening the same case after it's sent up to be reviewed can remove it from the proper queue and cause delays.

While the TOS team is a bit backed up currently, it looks like this is what is causing the delay in your case.

If you're playing on Origin, the PC version of Apex Legends will be using your EA ID, which can be changed here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index

 

While cross play is enabled, There is no cross progression between the PC and console versions of the game, so I'm afraid there is not currently a way to transfer your progress from PS4 to PC.

The event showed up in-game a little before it actually went live, so there was a short period where the packs were not available to purchase. Sorry for the confusion!
