Were you logging into the game through Origin to check for those coins as well, or are you launching from Steam?

 

If you haven't already, try launching Apex from Origin to see if those show up for you then. 

 

If you're still not seeing them, the system may be just doing a bit of catch-up from earlier. If that takes more than 24 hours to appear in-game, just ...

Coins being unavailable separately is something we're looking into currently.

As part of a bundle however, as EzyHawk mentioned, please give it 24 hours and then reach out to support if you're still not seeing those appear. They should be able to take a look and help out in that case. Mako.png

Thanks @TerrorBubba, that progress should definitely be saved.

If it's been a couple years since you last played on Origin, you may need to log back in through Origin or the EA Desktop to refresh your old account info.

After that it should carry over once you sign back in through Steam, but let us know if it's still not showing up afterwards. Mako.png

The ban history section of the website is somewhat new, so some of that functionality may still be in the works, sorry about the confusion.

The best place to check for any account actions will be your account email, as you'll still receive a general notification there if an action is taken.

I'm afraid we aren't able to go into more detail than the email provides, but submitting an appeal will have our Terms of Service team review the account and circumstances of the ban again. The review is based purely on what can be verified in our own records, so in that sense there's nothing you would need... Read more

Our Terms of Service team has the final say in these matters, so if they've completed their investigations and were unable to find any evidence to remove the ban, there is no way to reverse that decision, sorry.

I'm afraid there is currently no cross-progression for Apex, meaning your content will only be available on the platform where it was originally earned.

 

This is something the developers are working on but is likely still a ways off at this point, sorry.
