This particular message pops up when accessing the game too quickly from multiple computers, which can include launching via cloud gaming services. 

 

I'm afraid there's not a way to bypass this otherwise, so as you noted you'd need to wait about 24 hours for this to clear up on its own.

Virtual currency like Apex Coins is not something that can actually be gifted directly. Additionally, items that can be gifted (like certain Apex Editions) typically can't be sent to someone in another region.

 

The other options you have here will just depend on the specific country your giveaway participants are in, and what platform they're playing on. 

 

If they're on PS4 like you, you'd want to look into a PlayStation Network gift card for their particular region instead. Sony has a bit more information about their ...

We have seen some other reports about stats and/or RP not updating after a match and this is being investigated currently.

The account ban history on the website shows specific account actions, but won't show every type of ban or suspension, sorry for the confusion there.

They don't automate their replies, though they do use templates in some cases to make sure the information provided to others in the same situation is consistent.

That is to say, those are always read and reviewed by an actual person, there may just be a limit on what can be shared, especially if they've repeatedly come to the same conclusion after multiple reviews. Mako.png
