It might be a good idea to try starting a chat with our live support instead of an email. Other than trying to reach out to our terms of service team again, there's nothing really I can recommend. Bans aren't something we can help with on the forums, and again, they're the only team with the power to remove bans. If they don't, then I'm afraid that's the end of it.
I'm going to lock this thread before it descends into an argument, since there's nothing else constructive that we can add. Unfortunately @OyabunSama21 there's nothing more we can do on the forums to help, but you can always try reaching out to terms of service again if you feel like it's unjustified.

So from the looks of things, it's not actually messing with your rank and seems to just be a display issue. The studio's still working on fixing it, hopefully they'll be able to push something out soon.
