The Darth Malgus server is now back online! Thanks and have a good weekend, everyone! 

We are getting ready to bring down the Darth Malgus server in about 15 minutes. Expected downtime is still 1.5 hours. I'll post an update here should that timeline change or when the server is brought back online.

We will be taking the Darth Malgus server down at 5:30pm CT / 10:30pm UTC for an estimated downtime of 1.5 hours.  This is to account for impacting as few players as possible as it is the weekend. We are still investigating what has been causing the longer load times on the Darth Malgus server. During this deployment, we be will adding increased monitoring to help us identity the root causes and narrow down what's happening with the server. 

Until this issue is completely resolved, it is possible that players on the Darth Malgus server will continue to experience longer load times. We appreciate your continued patience while we work on a resolution.

I noticed that 7.3.1 is scheduled for a Wednesday, this is the first time in a while a content patch is not released on Tuesday around weekly reset.
- What does this mean for GS5? Will we only have 6 days for week one?
- Does weekly reset stay on Tuesday?
- Is this a outlier and in the future it'll be back to Tuesday as patch days or will it be Wednesday or any other days from now on?

Due to the patch being deployed on Wednesday, players will have indeed have 6 days for week one. The weekly reset will remain on Tuesdays per usual.

A content patch being released on Wednesday is not the norm though it did occur once before with a patch that contained an update for Galactic Seasons. This time around is due to Monday being a US holiday (Labor Day)...

Happy to announce that we are preparing to launch Game Update 7.3.1 next week! Details below: 

• Date: September 6, 2023
• Time: 7am CT/12pm UTC
• Expected downtime: 4 hours

We'll have more in-depth details to share about Galactic Seasons 5 tomorrow. We will publish the patch notes here on September 5th. So keep an eye out on the Dev Tracker and socials for when all that info goes live. 

I'll be using this thread to post updates on 7.3.1's launch and info leading up to it. After 7.3.1 is live, I'll open the thread.

The Leviathan server is now back online. 

The Satele Shan and Star Forge servers are now back online. Leviathan is looking to be brought back online in approximately 30 minutes or so.

We are preparing to take down all servers to begin moving the Darth Malgus and Tulak Hord servers to the cloud. Expected downtime is 6 hours. For all other servers, expected downtime will be approximately 1 hour. I'll post updates in this thread when I have them.

We are aware that players are experiencing issues with logging into the Leviathan server. We will update this thread when we have more info.

You can also keep an eye on this page as well to see the status on every live server. 

Hello everyone, 

We are moving forward with the next step in migrating our live servers over to the cloud! This will follow the same process as the Leviathan server migration that occurred last week.

We will be moving the Darth Malgus and the Tulak Hord servers over on August 30th at 7am CT / 12pm UTC. Just like with the Leviathan server, players should expect a downtime of 6 hours for both Darth Malgus and Tulak Hord. 

All other servers will be taken down for approximately 1 hour and then brought back online. 

Players will be able to log in as normal once Darth Malgus and Tulak Hord are brought back online. 

I will be locking this thread to keep all relevant updates in one place. Once the move is complete, I will unlock this thread so players may submit feedback and reports as needed.
