Hey, just a heads up we have a fix for this coming in the next 24 hours (although hopefully a LOT sooner than even that).

We are also looking at extending the event so no one misses out on anything.

We’ve also found the issue that caused this to happen again despite having already been fixed on the other platforms so we will be fixing that too!

Please bear in mind my post was in response to criticisms in an attempt to provide more transparency, not as a general response to the original bug report.

As already mentioned, if we can fix it so team sharing isn’t broken then we will.
If we can’t we will remove it from the censor.
In general our stance is not to allow any very clear references to supporting Hitler or Nazis in our game though and we’re not apologetic about that regardless of any feedback we receive to the contrary. I shouldn’t need to explain that.

you can say c*ckatrice in game, you have been able to for a long time now.

Twinkle Berry wasn’t a Troop the last time I edited the censor outside of “1488” if I recall correctly.

We do not edit the bad word list often because we have to take the game chat offline to do it.
Fixing that one is on my list though.

Just remember, from the outside things often look simpler than they are.

For example here’s 2 examples of entries on the bad words list:

(^|[^a-zA-Z0-9#_-])1[ \/]*4[ \/]*8[ \/]*8

These are two 4 letter words, it looks worse when you get longer words.

Just to get ahead of the next criticism, I know this looks unnecessarily complicated now right?
But this is what the chat software knows how to read and we didn’t write the chat software. We are game developers, not chatroom developers. We don’t re-invent the wheel unless it makes sense. There’s better uses for ...

@Steph the team are looking into your issue at the moment, you wrote to support didn’t you as I think I saw your game name in the list of accounts they’re checking.

This is part of the reason I’m asking a dev, I want to know exactly what the specifics in the code are regarding these Pet releases.

During the final day of The Soul Harvest, on Halloween itself, The Flesh Horror will become available in both a Special Adventure Board and in Chests.

I’ve just changed the title of this thread to make it hopefully easier for people to find.

This will be fixed in the hotfix we’re hoping to release in the next week.

I’m pretty sure it will be 4-5 weeks after the event ends, I’ve already asked a Dev to check and will update once I hear back from him. The team is just really busy right now with the hotfix.

We’ve added a fix to the hotfix:

• Empty event shops and missing offerings in the Shop on the world map.

Also, I’ve spoken to the team and we’re hoping to have the hotfix released within the next week.

I know it should be soon but I don’t know how soon, soon is, YET.

We’ll let you all know when we have more info.
