Hey everyone,
Please be assured we monitor all server every day all day, we have super capable folks dedicated to that task.
I understand that it is really easy to react intensely to ups and downs and changes week over week following launch. We appreciate how concerned you are about the health of games and servers.
If you have feedback on the experience you are having during your game play that is constructive please do continue to share that. It is hard to measure the “feel” of playing on a server.

Hey folks,
We are 100% aware of the issue you are surfacing. We are aware of all of the issues being surfaced by the Community in our forums, Discord, Reddit, in-game, across Social Media.
The team is working very hard to prioritize and address as many issues a possible on a weekly basis.
I am working with the team to identify our Top 20 player concerns and provide updates and progress reports on how we are tackling them and what is in our way. I will get that published as soon as possible to give you broader visibility on where we are at and it will give players the chance to shout if we’re missing anything.

I agree with you that this whole thread actually contains a lot of articulate and constructive feedback.
I apologize if it feels like we’re silent on these issues, mostly because we are focused on the headlines items impacting the most people, like character transfers.
But I will capture all the items surfaced in this thread and we’ll work to get some updates on them for you folks. Thanks again for taking the time to share these points, it is very appreciated.

Typically we set up road signs on all platforms to point at critical information.
So when we have news we’ll publish on either the website (if we can localize in all languages in time) or the forums and use social to point at the post.
We’ll also return to this thread and point folks to any updates.

We will not be removing moderation or changing our Code of Conduct.
We will continue to work with our Moderation team to make sure the right decisions are made and review any cases where an error is made.
I will read this entire thread and pull from it any constructive, actionable feedback that will help us improve. We are also working on improving our communication around the details of any suspension or ban.

We do not have any news to share at this time about standing up new server locations anywhere in the globe. If this changes we will announce that.
