Thanks for the reports. We have forwarded it to the dev team but it's not possible for us to reproduce. Can you let us know what ISP's you are all using so we can see if it's something related to a specific one.

I also need to suggest to go through the connectivity troubleshooting for your chosen platform on our support site also.

u took away everything
and I can't even redeem them back as u can redeem road to SI skin only between Jan - Feb, and I fact that I had that skin as I played that time of SI or I had that fire weapon skin is just a hoax now.
Disappointing that I have been playing this game for a really long time and now I have lost everything and none us have any answers to that or any date that it will be fixed so.

The dev team recently said they are continuing their investigation on the topic of mouse and keyboard on console, and are currently gathering information as well as technical data to gauge how widespread these adapters are and if we can detect them in a reliable manner.

Hey,

Do you mean you can't even get to the main menu? Or you can't load into a match?

Do you have the game installed on the PS4 HDD or an external HDD?

I'm sorry to hear the game is crashing. Can you try a reinstallation first of all?

Please also install to the main Xbox HDD rather than an external one too if possible.

Please can you make sure to go through the connectivity troubleshooting found here as the issue doesn't happen for everyone, so it's hard to know what's causing it for some.

I'm sorry to hear your challenge progress isn't counting. This may be due to the transition from Ubisoft Club to Ubisoft Connect which is having a few issues with club related features transitioning over.

You can also try logging in directly to the website to see if the Challenge progress is showing there.

Connect has been designed with this in mind for the future, however, we currently haven't got anything announced on specifics of how it will work, which games, when, etc. but we will announce it as soon as we have the info from the dev studios.

In Epic Games Launcher - To verify the installation of game files, navigate to the game in your Library and click on the three dots. Then click verify.

If you still have an error code after this, please can you confirm which one you see?

Hey all,

Do you know if you had any long matchmaking time when queuing for a match previously (maybe last time you played), and decided to leave the queue?

You may have then seen a message to rejoin an ongoing match?

If so, we are aware of that issue and it leading to temporary bans and the dev team are looking into that.

I'm afraid we don't have the ability to remove temp bans unfortunately.

So setting the game to open with administrative privileges, seems to have fixed it. although maybe I just can't remember it crashing, at least that means it's no longer prone to crashes if I can't remember them happening.
