I'm sorry to hear that. The abandonment sanction will still apply if you disconnect (even if it's not your fault) because there is no way for it to know if a player is making themselves disconnect on purpose to avoid an abandonment sanction if it didn't apply. Which is truely unfair or it is someone that got me banned even though I have never cheated
So please I spent a lot of hard work money and effort into this game and it is not right that I can get banned for no reason
If you have already contacted the team through a support ticket and had your account looked into, then we can't get it removed I'm afraid.

False reports from players will not result in a permanent ban and a denied appeal.

I tried to play other games and if i turned cloud saves off, i could play them no problem (note they were singleplayer) . With siege i cant synchronise with cloud saves and connect to ubisoft servers .
So if you disable cloud saves in the Uplay settings, can you launch Siege as well? You don't need to have a cloud save for the game, you will still have everything you've unlocked. The save file itself is just your loadouts and Terrorist Hunt progress... Read more

I've tried locking the reward again for you and you should see the points back. Can you try unlocking them again now please and let me know if that sorted it?

Haven't seen this issue being reported by anyone else, so it's a bit strange and will be hard to report but it could be related to if there is any kind of Ubisoft Club maintenance or degradation on, as that can affect friend lists.

Well the obvious fix is to just turn the volume down. Had the volume slider on the PC changed at all? Is it louder than it should be even when the volume slider is set to very low?

And it's happening every time you launch the game now?

I'm sorry to hear you experienced this. We can only recommend backing out if it does happen I'm afraid. I have seen others say they didn't receive a penalty when they did thankfully, but I cannot confirm if this will always be the case.

Hey,

I'm sorry to hear that. We have no way to manually adjust MMR I'm afraid, so we'd be unable to do that.

There is also no guarantee that the rollback you received was all attributed to your friends false ban.

Hey,

You don't need a key to play the game but I don't see the game activated on your account. Are you sure you are logged in to the correct account that clicked to download it?

You can try verifying the game files then relaunching it. In Uplay - Select "Properties" located underneath the "Play" button and then select "verify files"

Hey,

You can't access a store tab when you have Steam games linked I'm afraid. This is intended.

You don't need a key to activate Hyper Scape. If you have played the game previously, just make sure to log in to the same account you played the game on, or claim the game on this account too and then try launching it.

I doubt PlayStation support would say the words "you wasted your money" and I see we added the battle pass to your account for you in your support ticket and are still assisting you with any items missing from the Battle pass, so we are helping you with this.

Are you able to capture any footage and provide a link to it where an issue is shown with it? Or is it only something you can feel whilst playing and footage won't really show there's a problem?

We'd need either some footage showing there's an issue, or a good amount of reports from players saying there's an issue here for it to be fully understood and looked into by the game team.
