Can you try the "run as administrator" option when launching the vulkan .exe file?

Right clicking it and choosing "Properties" then go to the "Compatibility" tab and ticking the box to "run as administrator" option and clicking "apply".

If you can provide some videos you've recorded showing this, we can forward it to the game team as evidence of there being an issue with it.

Everything is exactly same as it was in the video of post #14

Only the game version changed.
It is still under investigation I'm afraid, so those patch notes will have been referring to something else.

Hey,

I believe you may be referring to the status icon in the corner? That's just a speed debuff from the electricity. Hope that answers the question.

Sorry to hear the game crashes. Do you get a specific error message when it does? Or does the game freeze?

The 4-0xFFF0BDC0 error code is a current known issue and is being looked into. I have merged threads related to it to create this megathread so we can sticky the thread and keep you all updated easier. Thanks for all your patience and reports.

I'm afraid we can't undo this, as it's all managed by in game systems that we can't override and have no ability to adjust players ranks manually. I apologise for any disappointment or frustration caused from this.

Strange. Please can you just try the steps found here first, but for issues like this we really need to be able to look at your system files to help see what may be causing it.

Another good thing to try is to close Uplay, go to your cache folder in your Uplay directory and rename your cache folder to something like "cachebackup". Then see if you still have an issue.

Sometimes you need to just log out of the game and relaunch it to for it to apply the MMR when this happens.

I'm sorry to hear that happened. Unfortunately the only thing to do in this case is back out as we're unable to do anything from here to make it start. I'm afraid we can't provide anything back if it gives you an abandonment sanction or remove temporary bans.

The dev team is aware this can happen and are looking into the cause for a future patch.

Hey,

Have you tried a reinstallation of the game since everything started going wrong for you?

I know you said you've tried on different drives, but I'm not sure if you just moved the files or actually reinstalled it to try that.

I can see the game has linked to your account fine. It must be an issue with Epics servers as the message suggests. It's probably worth contacting their support about this.

Hey,

Your MMR gains is based on your performance in the team and it is based on your performance against other skilled players.

Not only is it awarded based on your skill rating in the game, but what level of uncertainty you have, as well if you won or lost the match.

If this outcome is unexpected, for example, you lost against players with a lower skill than your team, the MMR updates will be more substantial, and vice-versa if you have won against a higher skilled team, you will earn more MMR.

If you have been playing the game for while and consistently get the same results after a match, this means you have a low uncertainty, as the game believes you have been given a Ranking correctly.

The more games you play and the lower your uncertainty level of winning matches, the less MMR you will receive.

Newer players who have played fewer matches will receive more MMR until they have been correctly ranked.
