Hey,

You won't be able to copy the game files from a different platform (Steam) version I'm afraid. You'll need to complete the full download on Epic.

Hey,

Sorry to hear that's happening and thanks for trying some other driver versions already too. It could also possibly being caused if you have other programs or background processes running using a lot of CPU % or memory. Next time you experience it, have a look at your task manager and have a look at what you don't need running when playing the game and choose to end the task on those.

Then restart the game if you don't see an instant improvement and see if this has made a difference. Let us know if you notice any improvement from closing down anything specific.

I see you have the Standard Steam version on your account. If this isn't what you ordered, you would need to speak to Steam support, but please double check your order incase you accidentally ordered the wrong version. Steam may be able to refund it for you so you can purchase it again.

Hey,

You just need to verify the game files in Steam.

This can be done by Right clicking the game (in Steam) and select "Properties".

Select the “Local Files” tab at the top, and then “Verify the integrity of the game cache”.

Once this is done you should be able to launch the game without it asking for a key.

Hey,

Did you have any long matchmaking time when queuing for a match, decide to leave the queue and then get told to rejoin an ongoing match at all?

If so, we are aware of that issue and it leading to temporary bans and the dev team are looking into that.

I'm afraid we don't have the ability to remove temp bans unfortunately.

I can see your Ubisoft account has an Epic account linked. Are you still using the same Epic account that has Watch Dogs 2 on it from the giveaway of that game? Or have you got a new Epic account that you bought Siege on?
