Hey,

You have activated 2FA on the account called BigBossSnake125 but you don't own the game on it.

Please can you double check the name of the account you play the game on. That will be the one you need to activate 2 step verification on.

Hi Jackt1,

Doesn't look like the screenshot added still but the video is good enough anyway, thanks for providing this.

Do you have the issue still if you only have 1 controller type plugged in still? So having the controller unplugged or only having the controller plugged in?
