Hey,

Yes, the Steam files are different to the Uplay version files, so you'll need to download it through Steam.

Hey,

Sorry to hear about your issue with the game crashing.

First of all, I would suggest to try the steps found here but for issues like this we really need to be able to look at your system files to help see what may be causing it.

Another good thing to try is to close Uplay, go to your cache folder in your Uplay directory and rename your cache folder to something like "cachebackup". Then see if you still have an issue.

If you have done those steps, I would recommend trying to get through on live chat during times that we are open so we can get your system files off you.

The date/time at which the issue started appearing;
Platform you play on?
The IP address of the PC/Console;
Country where you are located;

No that's fine thanks. Contacting through Twitter or Facebook will just result in a 2nd ticket being created, so as long as you have 1 now, that will get looked into.

Thanks. You can also keep a backup of your save file after you have saved your loadouts etc again just incase, and that may help you in future.

I'm afraid we don't have any information on if this will become available but keep an eye on the store just incase. It may also be something that your local retailers are aware if they are getting closer to the time.

I can tell you mention a connection error code, but I'd need to know which platform you are on if you'd like help here.

Hey ieatyourpie,

Unfortunately wheels aren't supported for the game at this time. Of course they may work with some compatability but you may see issues.

Only the following controllers are:

• Mouse and keyboard.
• Dualshock 4 Controller.
• Xbox One Controller.
• XInput compatible gamepads.
• DirectInput compatible gamepads.

I'm not sure if there are plans to add wheel support in future.
