Do you remember what animal killed the NPC? Did this happen during the quest, or was the NPC dead prior to taking part in the quest? Can you please provide us with as much information about your experience with this quest, "Breaking Teeth, Not Hearts," as possible?

This Roman artifact is collected whilst under the water, rather than above ground. There should be a pool nearby which is deeper that you can dive into, and then swim underground to find the mask. You'll need to destroy a wooden wall to find the statue it's with.
