I can see there is an issue with the Arctic Gas versions of Pegasus and Zephyr Airships have their Upkeep Costs mixed up and this should be fixed in an upcoming patch, but I can pass on your feedback regarding this still.

We have reported and confirmed an issue where Tourists Hapiness is not counted when counting Island Average happiness, so I don't know if this is just that occurring or if there's any more to it that you can see?

Glad to hear that and thanks for letting us know.
Regarding the cloud issue, can you check your settings in Ubisoft Connect on the 2nd computer to make sure the Cloud option is enabled in there? As the settings aren't shared between computers and can be different on each one, so if it's not, that would explain why it's loading your local save rather than the cloud one.

@Jaradis_SR The save file? Are you trying to add it to a support ticket? As it won't work on the forums.
If you can't add it to the ticket, use something to create a zip file with the save file in, as that should work.
