Just to add on to the previous reply to your question though, we at Ubisoft Support aren't involved in any discussions with the dev team about what they will plan to work on bringing to the game. We can only pass on reports for suggestions we see from players, but after that it's completely with the dev team and we won't hear of what is coming until there is a public announcement from them or patch notes for an upcoming patch.

Hey,

Are you still having this issue now? This error can happen when there is some server degradation so may have just been a temporary issue when you were last trying to play.

You have posted this on the English forums, so please could you translate your post if you are OK with receiving responses in English on here?

Hey,

I would suggest to try running Ubisoft Connect as admin first of all. You can do this by right click the .exe file for Ubisoft Connect before launching them and choose the "run as administrator" option. Also by right clicking and choosing "Properties" then go to the "Compatibility" tab and ticking the box to "run as administrator" option and clicking "apply". 

If this hasn't worked, you can also try doing this with the games .exe file in the installation folder too and see if that force launches the game.

Let us know if running either of these as admin helped you.

You'll get an abandonment penalty no matter what the reason is for leaving games. There's no way for the game to know what reason you're leaving, even if it was a disconnection, because having no penalties or ways to avoid them would leave it open for abuse.

Live chat is only available during the afternoon and will depend on your region but you should be able to open a support ticket on the same link anyway and attach them to that and you'll get an email reply when there is an update to it.

I'm not sure what the intended behaviour is, they didn't let us know, just that they were able to replicate and see the issue themselves so will look into it. Any changes will be provided in patch notes just before a patch releases.

If you use the local save file option by disabling the cloud in the Ubisoft Connect settings, try making a backup of your save folder somewhere like on your desktop, then if the issue happens again, you can just copy the save folder back into the folder where the game detects it.

You can find the folder in the following locations:

Ubisoft Connect or Epic Games Launcher
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\635
 
Steam:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\1843

The issue isn't game breaking though. Game breaking would mean the game is unplayable, like a crash happening at a specific point every time preventing you from doing anything, being unable to save your game or load progress, things like that.

It's just a side quest that you can turn in for some silver, not required for the main story, so not technically a game breaking issue. As it has been mentioned though, it's due to be fixed in a upcoming update, so hopefully won't be too long for that.
