I assume your inventory isn't actually full? Have you purchased them previously on your other character and don't have access to them on this character?

We ask for videos because we know the QA team and/or dev team would prefer them to see the issue quickly and easily, and it shows what they need to be looking out for, as it's sometimes not something that's easy to understand, doesn't happen every time, or for every player, and video's will also sometimes help with trying to reproduce it. For example, with some issues that can't be easily reproduced from just a description, they may be able to identify what gear a player is wearing, what path they take, what order they do something in, and copy these exactly to...

I'm sorry to hear this is still happening for you. Can you try joining another players session and returning to your own to see if you still have the issue?

If so, please capture a video showing it, so we can forward this on to the QA team to test and see if they can reproduce this or learn anything from it as to what may be the cause.
