Hey,

As @LordLabeeb mentioned, it's not currently supported for triple monitor but we have passed on the feedback and requests that we see about this, so hopefully it will be something the dev team consider adding in future.

We're unable to promote the use of VPN's as they can be used to gain advantage in some situations. You would also have to consider anti cheat system (BattlEye), so you may want to ask their support: (https://www.battleye.com/contact/) about that if it would be picked up.

Newer versions of Ubisoft Connect are no longer supporting Windows 7. This is following the announcement that Microsoft too will no longer be supporting the OS officially.

There are no plans to reinstate Windows 7 support for Ubisoft Connect going forward. I apologise for the disappointment or inconvenience caused by this announcement.

Your games will remain accessible on your Ubisoft account and as a workaround, players should be able to install an older version of Ubisoft Connect to use on their Windows 7 PCs.

I'm sorry to hear you had a temporary ban. Part of the reason we are unable to look into temporary bans, is due to the amount of time it would take the team who can look into bans to do so and get a reply back from them, it would have likely already expired.

Hey @UnDed_Desperado

I'm sorry to hear your game isn't launching. Please could you try uninstall the game and Ubisoft Connect, then create a new Windows Admin account on your computer. Once you have done this, log in on that new account and reinstall Ubisoft Connect and the game. If you can try installing them on a different drive to before, please also try doing this. 

Could you post an image of the exact error message if you still have the issue after this?

The dev team have said they are continuing their investigation on the topic of mouse and keyboard on console, and are currently gathering information as well as technical data to gauge how widespread these adapters are and if we can detect them in a reliable manner.

I'm sorry to hear that something is showing on the screen that shouldn't be still. Unfortunately, I can't say if it will be resolved or not. As you mentioned, there will be a time coming where the game stops receiving updates and when that happens, some decisions do need to be made by the dev team on which issues they can continue to look into resolving before then. I hope it can be sorted for you.

Are you both playing on the same connection by any chance, as I've seen other issues on other games that have been caused from that.
