Could you just provide a screenshot of what you are referring to seeing when you sprint, or a video clip of it happening? I can then check with the game team if this is something they see too or get it report as a bug.

Hey @Grand_310

Shops are supposed to restock after a player levels up (XP gauge) OR every 2 hours. Have you been giving it that amount of time whilst playing in a session to check again?

Some players have mentioned locking the FPS at 60 has helped for them but we have reported this to the dev team and they are looking into it. I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I'm sorry to hear that happened. Unfortunately we can't manually adjust MMR to add that back but if you have a video clip of this match showing what happened, we would pass this on to the dev team so they can see this happened and see if they can look into it.

This could be due to a delay in rank calculations from previous games and will adjust itself on your next game where it is calculated.

I'm sorry, but unfortunately we have no way of manually seeing what happened or adjust it ourselves. It's all handled by the in-game system.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to connect for quite some time. Just for testing purposes, do you have a phone with data you could set up a hotspot for, then connect your computer to the phone data instead of the wifi?

It's not an ideal connection to play off and may not work, but it's just for testing purposes to see if it gives the same error code.
