Hey,

We have fed this feedback on previously for Ubisoft Connect as it is intended behaviour, but it's something that will the team will consider for future updates for Ubisoft Connect.

I'm sorry to here your achievements never unlocked. Can I just check if you were connect online at the time whilst completing or had you noticed any Ubisoft server connection errors at the time?

Hey @arlen1000

You don't need a key when purchasing from Epic. To correct this situation, I recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

Close Ubisoft Connect fully so it isn't running at all.

Navigate to the Ubisoft Game Launcher cache folder, by default located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache

Open the cache folder and copy the "ownership" folder to a safe location.

Once you have backed up that folder, delete the "cache" folder.

After deleting the cache folder, please try downloading the game again in Epic or launching it.

Hey @pyropiper77

I'm sorry to hear you are unable to access the DLC's. Can you just let us know:

- Was the game bought on your PSN account digitally, or bought on another PSN account and shared with you?

- Or do you own the game on disc? If it's on disc, please can you take a photo of the game box (front and spine) and disc and share them with us so we can see the region of it please?

If the game and your PSN account that bought the DLC's are of different regions, this will explain why the contents are not working for you.

Hey,

Thanks for bringing this up and I apologise for any confusion caused from it. I don't see any mention of the game size on the Ubisoft store page. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see and the web address link please, in case it's just on a specific region store different to what I am connecting to.

As suggested above, please try progressing in the game a little bit and playing for a little time and see if this is all it takes to resolve, as it's not a known issue we are seeing reported by others too.
