I'm sorry to hear you are stuck on this quest. It doesn't look to be the same as issues reported previously on it, so could you provide a video showing the issue please?

If you could also make sure your save game is uploaded to the cloud in game too, we will also forward that on to the dev team too.

Your video that you attached is listed as a private video, so we can't see it. If it's on YouTube, you need to make it shareable with a link or make it public.

You can't attach save files to forum posts but we can pull them off the cloud to send the dev team a copy, so I'll do that, thanks 🙂

I think that error just comes up with certain image types. Try saving it as a .jpg / jpeg instead and see if that lets you post.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been receiving your forign supplies. I see this issue has been ongoing for some time but we continue to forward account details on to the dev team for those who have been affected by it, so I shall pass yours on too and hope it helps with getting this resolved.

I'm sorry to hear you are getting FPS drops and thank you for letting us know what you have tried already and providing an image showing your systems specs. I know it sounds weird to do, but you could try setting your CPU to only use 6 or even 4 cores by disabling some and then see if this makes an improvement to it. You can do this by going to Start > Run > msconfig > Boot tab > Advanced options > Number of Processors and tick the box for the number of processors and select how many to use.

I'm sorry to hear you keep having this message and returning you to the menu. Can you let us know if you bought the game and any content on your Xbox account or if you have shared it from another one that made the purchase? Also, if you have played the game on any other devices that may have had any other additional content installed on it?

If you could also capture a video showing this loop that you are stuck in and all the game content that is installed on your Xbox, that would be great, as we may need to forward this to the dev team to look into.

I just had a check on this for you and unfortunately there's no updates from the dev team on this. Its still an open issue, so they are aware of it and we have continued to add more reports of this happening.
