  1. What was the last quest you completed before the issue started occurring?
  2. What is the quest that you were doing when the issue occurred?
  3. If you restart/reboot the game, does it persist?
  4. Can you provide any short videos demonstrating this?

Hey there @salahe-mohamed, thank you for getting in touch about this. I believe this is as intended from the images you have provided; the level scaling depends on your chosen level-scaling difficulty. For example, if you play on the Nightmarish difficulty, enemies will be levelled a lot higher than enemies on easy difficulty. 

If you're playing on a low-level difficulty and the enemies levels are still extremely high, please provide screenshots demonstrating this and we will gladly investigate it further.

Hey everyone, I have investigated this further from my end and the development team have stated that this is working as intended. Shops are supposed to restock after you level up or every few hours. Should anyone have further questions regarding this or anything else, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Hey there @skypherdzn, thanks for bearing with us whilst we investigated that further. It seems the letter you located and opened on the video (located inside of the destroyed church) is actually the wrong one. There are two letters within the church area. The main one needed for the world event is located on the top of the church tower outside. Could you please try to grab that, and if you still experience problems with the event, provide a short video demonstrating this?
